Privacy notice
This notice explains how Cloudeventgrid handles personal data when you browse cloudeventgrid.digital, write to us, or enrol in a programme. It should be read with our cookies notice.
Data controller
The controller is Cloudeventgrid, Street: 222/6 Gp 1 Onnuch-Ladkrabang Lardkrabang Lat Krabang; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10520; Country: Thailand. Email: info@cloudeventgrid.digital. Phone: 27380476. For privacy requests, use the same inbox with the subject line “Privacy request”.
What we collect
From contact and enquiry forms: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From enrolment (off this website, by email or invoice): billing name, organisation, seat count, and attendance notes. From the site technically: server logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested path, kept only as needed for security and diagnosis. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated page-view information as described on the cookies page. We do not require an account to read the public site.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply and to administer seats. We use enrolment data to deliver teaching, issue invoices, and meet Thai accounting rules. We use logs to keep the site stable. Analytics, if accepted, help us see which public pages are read. Legal bases under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (and, where relevant, comparable overseas rules) include contractual necessity for confirmed seats, legitimate interests in running a teaching studio and securing the site, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligation for tax records.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for 24 months after the last reply unless they become part of a confirmed enrolment file. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years, or longer if Thai tax or accounting law requires. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days unless needed for an incident. Cookie identifiers follow the durations in the cookies table. When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data.
Your rights
Subject to Thai PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent (for example analytics cookies), you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rejecting analytics does not block courses, pricing, or forms. You may complain to the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee. We ask that you write to us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
International transfers
The studio is based in Thailand. Email, font, or image infrastructure may process data in other countries (for example when a browser loads fonts or when mail is routed). Where we transfer personal data outside Thailand, we take steps appropriate to the PDPA, including assessing the destination and using contractual safeguards where needed. If a transfer is strictly necessary to reply to you (for example you wrote from abroad), we will still limit the data to what the reply requires.
Processors and sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it with processors who host email, invoicing, or the website, only to perform those tasks, and with authorities when Thai law requires. Instructors see attendance information required to teach. Alumni community tools, if you opt in after a cohort, are separate and described at the time of opt-in.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, write to info@cloudeventgrid.digital and we will delete it.
Effective 1 March 2026.
