Terms of use

These terms govern access to cloudeventgrid.digital and enrolment in Cloudeventgrid teaching programmes. By using the site or confirming a seat in writing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or request a seat.

Acceptance and changes

We may update these terms when programmes, fees, or Thai legal requirements change. The date at the bottom is the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change counts as acceptance of the revised text. Material changes that affect an already confirmed seat will be sent to the email used at confirmation.

Programmes and informational pricing

Course descriptions and prices on this website are informational. They are not an offer to sell and do not create a contract until Cloudeventgrid confirms a seat in writing and issues an invoice. We do not process payments on this website. You are responsible for providing accurate enrolment details and for ensuring attendees meet stated prerequisites (including the SQL expectation on Feature Uptake Measurement).

Intellectual property

Worksheets, uptake map templates, recorded clinic segments, and written critiques remain Cloudeventgrid intellectual property. A confirmed seat receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use those materials for internal product work at the attendee’s organisation. You may not resell, publish, or teach from studio materials as if they were your own course. Artefacts you create about your own product (your uptake maps, event names, retirement briefs) remain yours. We may quote anonymised patterns in teaching, never your confidential figures, unless you give written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or submit false enrolment information. Clinic spaces — including remote rooms — require ordinary professional conduct. We may remove a participant who harasses others or repeatedly ignores prerequisite warnings after a written notice.

Liability

Teaching does not guarantee a commercial outcome. Feature Adoption Analytics artefacts are decision aids, not warranties that a feature will grow, that a retirement will be approved, or that a warehouse is correct. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cloudeventgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from applying course artefacts. Our aggregate liability arising from a confirmed programme is limited to the fees actually paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.

Third-party services

The site may link to image hosts, fonts, or other third parties. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from Cloudeventgrid programmes, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply.
